Phase 1: Finding and Interviewing your caller

Colby has identified his favorite website for finding great remote callers, and has pre-written the Job Post to attract the right fit for you. 

We've made it as easy as copy-paste.

Phase 2: Getting your caller setup with your Agent CRM account

Prior to having your caller go through the scripts they'll be using on the phone, we need to make sure they are setup in your Agent CRM account. 

You can follow these videos and have your appointment setter plugged in to your Agent CRM account within an hour.

Phase 3: Training your caller with the scripts we have written

It's vital that you make sure your caller is prepared, rehearsed and ready to talk to YOUR prospects. We've written the phone scripts, the rebuttals and numerous ideas for "saving" a conversation that isn't going well. Your job is to practice with your caller, and make sure they're ready to go.

We've done the hard work to set you up for success, your job is to take ownership of your team member and empower them with some practice time so they're ready to go.

Phase 4: Monitoring your caller and tracking their performance

Agent CRM has so many tools and reports already pre-programmed in to track your caller, and we show you how to access those reports. 

In these videos Colby will be going through the tools and individual reports, demonstrating how to read them and grade your caller.

Phase 5: Growing your team

After your first caller is setup and working, it's time to grow!
